As part of the HR Department, they are seeking to hire a Communications Specialist responsible for managing social media platform engagement and other communications for the organization. In this role, you will help build brand awareness, participate in local events/programs and assist with recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities
• Manage engagement across all social media platforms inc. timely responses to comments and messages
• Monitor social media platforms for customer service inquiries and recruiting opportunities
• Create presentations and other communication utilized by leadership
• Collaborate with recruiting and support recruiting process; qualify, screen and schedule interviews
• Build a video library of marketing, branding, recruiting and safety; take photos / videos and edit content

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations and/or related

Serve as the primary functional owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Finance. Own configuration and ongoing support of Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, billing, job cost, posting setups, workflows, and approvals. Lead functional troubleshooting and resolution of posting, setup, and process issues. Partner with IT on system stability, performance, integrations, and on-prem infrastructure dependencies.
Security, Access, and Internal Controls
Define Finance security requirements and approve role-based user access in alignment with segregation of duties and least-privilege principles. Partner with IT to execute user provisioning and deprovisioning. Lead periodic access reviews, audit support, and control documentation for Finance systems.
Reporting & Analytics (Power BI)
Own Finance reporting and analytics using Power BI, including dashboards, standardized reporting packages, and executive metrics. Define and validate Finance KPIs in partnership with Accounting and FP ensure accuracy and reconciliation to source systems. Partner with IT on Power BI refreshes, gateways, performance, and security.
Upgrades, Releases, and Change Management
Partner with IT on ERP upgrades and releases, owning UAT planning, testing, and functional sign-off. Align system changes with close calendars and business readiness. Maintain Finance system documentation, testing evidence, and change governance materials.
Front-Office & Adjacent System Support
Act as a functional owner or key support partner for select front-office and enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, security/access systems, and other accounting or operational applications). Gather business requirements, support testing, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors.
Vendor and Licensing Management
Serve as the primary Finance systems contact for external ERP, reporting, and application vendors. Prioritize issues and enhancements based on business impact. Define licensing needs by role and partner with IT on provisioning, optimization, and compliance.
Qualifications
Required
5–10+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business systems in an Accounting or Finance environment. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) or a comparable ERP platform. Strong understanding of core accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, month-end close, internal controls). Experience building and supporting Finance reporting and analytics, preferably with Power BI. Proven ability to partner effectively with IT, Security, HR, and external vendors.

Experience supporting HRIS or other front-office systems. On-prem ERP experience and familiarity with integrations or database concepts. Experience supporting ERP upgrades or major system implementations. Exposure to Business Central extensions or ERP custom development.
