This role includes developing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, negotiating contract terms, and managing supplier relationships. In this role, you will lead the negotiation and administration of complex subcontracts, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives. You will develop strategies for subcontractor selection, evaluation, and performance management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior subcontract administrators and lead cross-functional teams on subcontracting initiatives. Expertise in government and commercial contracting regulations and compliance (e.g., FAR/DFAR). Strong understanding of risk management and dispute resolution techniques. Compensation: Pay Range: $100,291.00 - $137,921.50 Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
