The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Responsibilities
• Execute migrations from Atlassian Data Center → Atlassian Cloud
• Refactor and migrate ScriptRunner Groovy scripts to Cloud-compatible solutions
• Configure and validate Jira workflows, permissions, custom fields, and automation
• Support Confluence space migrations and Bitbucket repository migrations
• Identify plugin incompatibilities and recommend Cloud alternatives
• Build migration runbooks, cutover plans, and rollback strategies
• Perform test migrations and validate data integrity before production release

About the Role The Subcontracts Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of subcontracts from initial solicitation through contract close-out. Requirements
Security Clearance:

Minimum Qualifications:
