Overview
Provides administrative support to Facility, Division, System or Service Line leadership. Typically supports more than one leader to include Lifelong Health Administrators, Directors and Service Line Leaders. Position is responsible for core job functions: meeting preparation, Meeting Minutes, calendar management, travel arrangements, invoice/purchase orders, customer service, phone support, correspondence, file management and data entry. Position may be assigned responsibility for timekeeping. Position must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and utilizes the Riverside Care Difference principles in all interactions.
What you will do
• Provide clerical support for department/facility directors and/or managers. Duties include reception, greetings, customer service, answering phones, taking messages, referring calls, mail distribution, etc.
• Responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, appointments, special events, etc. Meeting management includes room reservation, timely preparation, and setup. May perform other tasks such as arranging accommodations for travel, arranging special needs in meeting rooms, and meeting agenda items.
• Maintain list of committee/meeting participants the leader is responsible. Ensures materials for meetings/projects are preparedly timely which may include meeting agendas, packets, communicating with participants, accurately recording meeting minutes.
• Effectively utilize informational technology to perform job functions efficiently to include Microsoft Office, Teams, excel, word, riverside specific systems and databases.
• Maintain proper levels in office supplies, which may require checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Responsible for maintaining accurate accounting functions/duties within the department, may include but not limited to ensuring all invoices, check requests, PCards receipts and payments are accurately coded and submitted in a timely manner. Follows-up on outstanding invoice inquiries.
• Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems (paper and electronic). Filing system is organized and maintained to ensure efficiency/productivity for the department. May prepare reports, correspondence, and memos as needed by department/facility.

Compensation Range
The base salary range for this job is USD $140,400.00 - USD $372,300.00 /Yr.
These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At GitHub certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.

- 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML development, orchestration, or ITSM automation.
- Previous experience in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, government, or multilateral organizations.
- Knowledge of AI governance and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency with agentic platforms such as Workato, AWS Bedrock Agents, Claude Agentic Orchestration, Digitalnet.ai, Serval, Atomic Work, Harmony.ai, and Leena.ai.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, specifically Azure, AWS, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Expertise in data wrangling, feature engineering, and synthetic data generation.
- Familiarity with governance tools like Credo.AI or similar AI governance frameworks.
- Understanding of IT service management processes including incident management, service requests, and change management workflows.
- Knowledge of security and compliance measures including IAM/RBAC, audit logging, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, RBI, ISO standards).
- Excellent soft skills, including effective stakeholder communication, vendor management, and documentation capabilities.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design sandbox architectures and integration workflows across hybrid cloud environments (Azure + AWS).

- Implement ITSM automation workflows utilizing Serval, Atomic Work, Harmony.ai, and Leena.ai.
- Conduct data wrangling that includes collection, cleaning, transformation, and integration of datasets.
- Perform functional, security, and scalability testing on solutions developed.
- Validate vendor claims by assessing tool performance against benchmarks.
