As a customer care representative, you will be required to stay up-to-date with the latest information about your company's products and services to ensure that you can answer all customer queries The Customer Care Representative is a valued member of the Business Support Services Team, tasked with providing top-notch customer service to both external and internal customers of Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country. This is accomplished through the use of extensive knowledge of Company products and programs, as well as the expertise of team members within the Business Support Services Department. In addition, the Customer Care Representative is responsible for dispatching service and sales calls, paging drivers, and answering incoming calls. The major tasks and responsibilities that are expected of the employee for the duration of their employment • Skillfully direct incoming calls to the right person, page when necessary, and redirect to voicemail or email, as needed. • We maintain a comprehensive database of all sales and service calls we receive, which helps us to analyze customer needs and improve our processes. • Keep a check on the time and open and close the windows of the office and lobby as planned. • Offer a cordial greeting to clients and guests, establish their needs, communicate with the right company personnel, and direct the customer/visitor to the appropriate individual, department, or location. • Undertake the responsibility of scanning and processing checks each day. • Streamline processes related to service requests for process equipment, and ensure that equipment is managed effectively on customer accounts. • Process walk-in sales. • Monitor and manage all incoming documents, including letters, mail, and fax messages; ensure timely sorting and delivery to their respective departments. • Prepare outgoing mail for shipment using either USPS, Fed Ex, or our internal mail truck based on the priority of the delivery. • Ensure that all voided invoices and their corresponding voided payments are accounted for and reconciled. • Providing Efficient Purchase Order and Returnable Packaging Support for Operations. • Supervise the delivery of orders to the warehouses throughout the company. • Ensure the availability of office supplies, ink, and business cards for the efficient functioning of Sales Centers. • The job is to coordinate the procurement and allocation of uniforms while following set parameters. • Prepare the donations carefully while complying with the donation protocol to prevent any mistakes. • Indulge in a cup of Armada Coffee, made using the finest beans and crafted with precision to deliver a rich and satisfying experience. • Maintaining the confidentiality of customer information is an essential part of a backup vault teller's responsibilities. • Assist with administrative tasks for various units within the company. • Upholding professionalism and civility is essential when interacting with co-workers, management, and other associates. • Adhere to all rules, regulations, and policies to maintain compliance. • Your safety is paramount; hence, adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment. • Eschew silos and encourage a collaborative environment that empowers employees at all levels to work together for shared goals. Requirements: Education and Experience: • Obtaining a high school diploma or GED can also provide personal satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment • An individual aspiring to excel in this position must have either a year of customer service experience or a combination of education and practical experience that provides them with the necessary know-how. It is important to regularly evaluate and update PPE to ensure its effectiveness in protecting against new and emerging hazards • None Work Environment: • Warehouse machinery use can be the cause of moderate noise levels within the workplace. • The work schedule varies between 6 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday, with mandatory lunch breaks and 40 hours of weekly work. Overtime work might be necessary sporadically. The incumbent in this position will be required to perform the duties outlined in this job description, but is not limited to them. Additional job-related responsibilities may be assigned, necessitating a specialized skill set.
