Microsoft Word Template Specialist (Fix & Scale Existing Branded Template)

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Word specialist to refine and restructure an existing long-form branded document template. We already have a template in place, however we’ve encountered formatting issues when adapting it across multiple brands. We need someone to rebuild or optimise the file and adapt to our other group brand identities. Scope of Work: Review and audit our existing Word template Identify and fix formatting inconsistencies and structural issues Rebuild or optimise styles to ensure clean, controlled formatting Create a system that allows for easy switching between brand elements (logos, colours, fonts) Standardise: Headings and body styles Spacing, margins, and alignment Tables, images, and content blocks Ensure features like: Auto-updating table of contents Headers/footers and page numbering Branded cover pages Deliver a stable, easy-to-use template for internal team use Requirements: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, section breaks, formatting systems) Experience working with corporate or multi-brand document templates Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
