Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and extremely detail-oriented Junior Python Programmer to support the development of innovative, health-focused software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to develop and maintain systems that calculate payment data and help inform Medicare and Medicare Advantage policy related to risk adjustment.

Responsibilities
Software Development:
• Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to support various health-related software projects.
• Implement backend services, APIs, and integrations with other systems, including healthcare platforms (e.g., EHR/EMR systems).
