About the Role

Overview We are seeking a creative and experienced Internal Communications Coordinator to craft compelling content that engages employees across our internal communications channels. This role is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented storyteller who thrives on producing high-quality written materials that drive engagement and deliver key messages effectively. Key Responsibilities • Write, edit, and distribute internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and storytelling content • Ensure all internal messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with company tone and objectives • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content ideas and strategies that drive employee engagement • Manage and maintain content on internal communication platforms • Support campaigns to enhance the visibility and impact of internal communications Qualifications • Proven experience in content writing, editing, or internal communications • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt messaging for different internal audiences • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Skills • Experience with internal communications platforms or intranet tools • Basic understanding of digital content management and formatting • Strong collaboration and communication skills Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melville, NY 11747
