Job Description for Assistant Shop Manager: The primary objective for Palm Beach Tan is to recruit an Assistant Shop Manager who can contribute positively to the salon's operations, supervise a proficient team, and ensure customers receive top-notch service consistently. The Assistant Manager will participate in a structured training plan lasting 5 weeks, which has been developed to facilitate a successful transition into a management position and enhance sales abilities.
