Fix diverged Replit + Git app (preserve working app, merge UI changes safely)

Hey — I’m looking for someone experienced with Replit + Git + React/TypeScript apps to help me untangle a repo issue. Here’s the situation: • I have two versions of the same app: • Original app → fully working (this is critical and must not break) • Remixed version → contains UI/aesthetic improvements • Both have previously synced to Git successfully • In the last ~24 hours, something caused them to become out of sync / diverged • I also attempted to move the app into a different workspace for billing, which likely contributed to the issue Current state: • Git shows hundreds of incoming changes and local changes • Pulling will create mass merge conflicts • Pushing is blocked due to divergence • One version still runs correctly (important) • The other has changes I want to selectively bring over What I need help with: • Safely preserve the working app as the source of truth • Identify the cleanest way to bring over UI changes from the remixed version • Avoid breaking functionality • Clean up the Git situation (branching / history / syncing) • Ideally end up with: • one clean working version • sane Git structure going forward How we can work: • Happy to do a live screen share • Or give access and let you work async • Need help within the next 24 hours
