HBITS: HBITS-07-14806 Expert, Software Architect 30 month contract Interview: Virtual Interview Work model: 50% telecommuting, 50% Office per week --- Project Description --- The Department of Motor Vehicles requires assistance with their System Modernization/Transformation that involves .NET and Cold Fusion development. --- Day-to-Day Tasks --- 1. Remediate and enhance ColdFusion or .NET applications to ensure they adhere to WCAG 2.2 web accessibility standard. 2. Perform development task within .NET component or services and other necessary web development activities as required during the DMV Transformation program. 3. Perform analysis of existing application and make coding changes necessary for completion of required tasks. 4. Develop detailed unit and system test plans. 5. Business rules 6. Creation of functional specifications 7. System analysis and design 8. Design of web forms and reusable/shared web components 9. creation of business logic components and methods 10. Transaction logging 11. Implementation of function and role-based access level security 12. Project planning and documentation relative to the business rules remediating any bugs or problems found in testing 13. Creation of a comprehensive help document for users as a reference and training guide development of post 14. Production support plans 15. Development of user acceptance process --- Required Qualifications --- 84 months experience coding JavaScript/jQuery. 84 months experience coding CSS/CSS3. 84 months experience coding HTML/HTML5. 84 months experience coding ColdFusion. 84 months experience coding .NET. 72 months experience using source code controller. 72 months experience using XML. 72 months experience using and coding against Microsoft SQL Server. 48 months experience coding ASP.NET. 36 months experience Developing to Web Accessibility Standards (specifically Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA).
