About the Job We are looking for a kind, engaging tutor to work with our 6-year-old son this summer to help build confidence and skills in reading ahead of starting 1st grade in August. Experience with early childhood education, reading instruction, or tutoring young children, someone energetic, patient, and encouraging; Ability to make learning fun and engaging (games, reading activities, etc.) Bonus if you have a background in education, literacy, or child development Prior experience with early readers or rising 1st grader Job basics How often: Part time Hourly rate: $20.00 - $50.00/hour Who we're looking for • Has attended college Who you'll care for Job schedule • Mon: 3-6pm • Tue: 3-6pm • Wed: 3-6pm • Thu: 3-6pm • Fri: 3-6pm
