We are looking for a strong SQL Developer to join our team in Iselin NJ (hybrid)
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years’ proven experience in data warehousing, including hands-on familiarity with technical frameworks, infrastructure, ETL/ELT methods, and analytics/reporting software.
• Extensive background (8+ years) with relational database management such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Deep expertise integrating databases via ETL platforms (SSIS, Talend, etc.) across Oracle, SQL Server, and additional database systems.
• Strong ability to author and troubleshoot advanced SQL stored procedures.
• Practical experience utilizing source control systems like Git and SVN.
Preferred Knowledge & Background
• Exposure to cloud-native data environments and architectures.
• Familiarity with distributed computing tools, including Apache Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• 5+ years of experience contributing to software engineering projects or an equivalent mix of employment, training, education, or military service.

• Help shape and define engineering protocols and company-wide practices for building large-scale technology solutions.
• Architect, implement, test, optimize, and thoroughly document systems for a range of assignments.
• Evaluate robust technological solutions to ensure alignment with both immediate business needs and enterprise strategy, handling intricate technical constraints and challenges.
• Influence decision-making in developing universal best practices and steer technology teams toward operational excellence and innovation.
• Work closely with senior tech leaders and external partners to resolve sophisticated technical issues and accomplish set objectives.
• Lead teams or initiatives, coach colleagues, and play a strategic part in ongoing professional development across the technology group.
