About the Role

SafeTek LLC, a growing safety training company, is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• *Responsibilities:
• *Duties
• Manage emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
• Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
• Organize and file documents systematically to ensure quick retrieval and compliance with company standards
• Assist with scheduling classes, appointments, and student registrations
• Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating event logistics
• Enter and update student information in company systems
• Ability to accurately generate and print student certificates
• Perform additional personal assistant duties as needed
• Support day-to-day office operations
• Reliable and punctual
• *Experience**
• Office experience with a strong background in clerical and administrative roles
• Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
