Sr. Presentation Designer We’ve sought a highly skilled Senior Presentation Designer to elevate our client’s leadership communications, translating complex ideas into impactful narratives that captivate and inform high‑level audiences. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic messages for C‑suite executives, supporting decision‑making, and driving leadership presence through exceptional design and conceptual thinking. Required Skills • 7+ years of experience in presentation design, with a focus on executive or senior leadership support • Advanced, expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (no Figma, Keynote, or Google Slides) • Proven experience designing presentations for C‑suite or EVP/SVP audiences • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to develop and structure compelling narratives • Excellent visual design instincts, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Experience working confidently with senior stakeholders, incorporating feedback diplomatically • High level of creativity and data visualization capabilities to simplify complex content Nice to Have Skills • Background in marketing, strategy, consulting, or corporate communications • Demonstrated experience as a trusted creative partner supporting leadership teams • A portfolio showcasing original conceptual work, storytelling, and executive‑level presentation design • Ability to operate independently, make thoughtful design choices with minimal direction Preferred Education And Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 7+ years of professional experience in presentation or visual communication roles, supporting senior executives MissionStaff is an equal‑opportunity employer.
