Oracle Database Lead with MySQL - Remote (Full Time) - Remote

Required Skills & Qualifications 8–10 years of hands-on experience with MySQL and Oracle databases in enterprise environments Strong expertise in: Oracle SQL & PL/SQL MySQL SQL, stored procedures, and indexing Proven experience in database performance tuning and optimization Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and relational database design Experience with backup, recovery, replication, and high availability solutions Hands-on experience supporting production databases with SLAs Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Good to Have Experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Aurora, Oracle on cloud, Azure DB services) Exposure to database migration tools or replication (e.g., Golden Gate) Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automation for database deployments Experience in BFSI or large-scale enterprise systems
