Manager, People Experience Communications
The Manager, People Experience Communications is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring effective communications to support people & culture initiatives and fostering an impactful employee experience and employee engagement around our performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with People & Culture Communications team, HR stakeholders, and Corporate Affairs partners to develop, implement, and measure strategic, creative communications campaigns.
• Write, edit and design communications supporting our people and culture strategy to ensure clarity and consistency of HR messages accessible across our global employee population.
• Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to develop and communicate global HR policies, programs and initiatives to employees.
• Support alignment of Global HR communications with the overall internal communications editorial calendar.
• Be a connector and representative of the people org and bring that lens into all internal enterprise activations.
• Serve as a project manager for select high‑visibility campaigns and events.
• Support logistics for global HR Town Halls and other critical events, suggesting creative ideas to continually improve the events.
• Utilize feedback from the employee my Voice survey to ensure colleague sentiments are considered and HR communications are effective.
• Connect the dots on HR campaigns to create effective, integrated communications that deliver measurable impact.
• Support enterprise/large population HR emails and serve as the final quality assurance checkpoint for People & Culture communications before distribution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness to publish.
• Work with Internal communications partners to measure communications effectiveness and collaborate on recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
• 6 years of corporate communications experience, ideally in a large, matrixed company. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self‑directed with proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Strong project management, collaboration and people skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Design skills and graphic capability a plus.
• SharePoint site owner and content management experience a plus.
• Ability and passion for learning new complex topics and simplifying them for a varied global audience.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field.
Compensation Overview
Princeton, NJ – $84,070 – $101,867. The starting compensation range is listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities, based on eligibility, may be available. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
