About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team at Total Expert. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our core CRM platform and related applications.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for creating scalable and efficient systems, and a keen interest in financial technology. Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in full-stack development with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, or Python is required.
Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, along with knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset are critical for success in this role.
Prior experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of DevOps practices will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for Total Expert’s CRM platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
Maintain and improve existing codebase through regular updates, bug fixes, and optimizations. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to uphold quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.
