Jira Administrator| Active Secret Clearance Required

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a Jira Admininstrator with strong Jira administration and Power Platform development experience to support Knowledge & Process Management initiatives. This role will focus on designing and maintaining digital interfaces, workflows, and dashboards that support enterprise operations across HR, finance, access management, and program execution. The ideal candidate will combine user-centered design, workflow automation, and data visualization to improve usability, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization. Experience & Skills • Jira Administrator/Developer experience (not just a power user) • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain complex workflows and dashboards • Experience running ticketing systems for enterprise processes (leave, HR, finance, access, etc.) • Reliability; clear reporting of status and impacts • Ability to collaborate with process owners and analytics teams • Experience generating operational metrics (throughput, cycle time, backlog) Requirements: Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web Design, Data Analytics, or related field Required Technical Skills • Atlassian Jira Administration (workflow design, automation, dashboards) • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) • SharePoint Online • Atlassian Confluence Required Qualifications • Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire) • Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA Company Highlights: At LHG, we offer our employees a full comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
